Product Introduction
Silicate Fireproof Board is a professional low-density fire-resistant panel mainly composed of calcareous materials, siliceous materials and plant fibers. With a special raw material proportioning process, it is manufactured via forming, high-temperature treatment and autoclave curing. As an upgraded and extended product of calcium silicate boards, it features ultra-low density and ultra-high fire resistance. Lightweight, fire-resistant and moisture-proof, it produces no toxic smoke when exposed to fire, fully meeting the requirements of domestic industrial and national standards for passive fire protection systems.

Performance & Technical Parameters
1. Outstanding fire resistance: Under high temperature, low-density boards have much smaller expansion than other panels, so they hold prominent advantages in fire protection. Applicable to all kinds of fire-resistant components, they can maintain structural integrity without burning or collapsing during fires. The integrated system consisting of boards, keels and rock wool can reach a maximum fire resistance limit of 1h~4h.
2. Waterproof & moisture-resistant: Ultra-low thickness swelling rate and water impermeability make it suitable for various humid building areas;
3. Mildew-proof & corrosion-resistant: The board is antibacterial, water-resistant and acid-alkali resistant, capable of resisting corrosion from common chemicals to satisfy the usage demands of acidic and alkaline sites.
Product Advantages
Specially applied to environments with radiation working conditions, it adopts premium domestic barium ore as raw material. Compared with traditional radiation shielding walls, it features easier construction, better shielding effect and lower cost.
