Product Introduction
Tunnel fireproof protective board is a professional low-density board made of calcareous materials, siliceous materials, and plant fibers as the main raw materials, using special process ratios, and formed through molding, high temperature, and steam pressure curing. The product is an upgraded extension of calcium silicate board and is a special product with both ultra-low density and ultra-high fire resistance. In the event of a tunnel fire, the temperature can reach over 1200℃ in a short period of time, making it difficult for the tunnel's concrete to withstand such high temperatures, causing the concrete to crack and resulting in losses of personnel and property. In shield tunnels and immersed tube tunnels, after experiments on various fire curves such as RABT, the fire resistance limit of the tunnel board reaches over 2 hours.

Product Advantages
When a fire occurs in a tunnel, due to the complex structure and relatively enclosed space environment of the tunnel, heat is difficult to dissipate, leading to a rapid rise in temperature. Typically, during a fire, the temperature inside the tunnel can quickly reach around 1000-1200℃. The tunnel concrete structure begins to crack and subsequently collapses when heated to 270℃. The core advantage of tunnel fireproof protective boards lies in their composite structure, which achieves higher flexural strength, impact resistance, and superior fire-resistant and thermal insulation properties while maintaining relative lightness.
