Product Description
Product Introduction
Anti-explosion Board is a composite fireproof panel made by firmly pressing two layers of perforated 0.5 mm galvanized steel sheets onto an 8.5 mm fiber-reinforced cement core. It has passed anti-explosion performance tests at a national-level testing institute with a certified anti-blast pressure of 4000 kPa, far exceeding the 1400 kPa specified in national standard atlas 14J938.
Size (Length × Width × Thickness)
2400×1200×9.5 mm
Density
1.5 g/cm³
Performance & Technical Parameters
1. Weight: ≤25 kg/m²
2. Flexural Strength: >185 MPa
3. Modulus of Elasticity: ≥72 GPa
4. Moisture Content: ≤10%
5. Combustion Performance: Class A1 Non-combustible
6. Rated Anti-blast Pressure: 4000 kPa
Product Advantages
In the event of an explosion, the board can withstand blast pressure within a certain range to provide effective protection and prevent casualties and property losses. The board surface requires no leveling prior to painting or other decorative treatments; left bare, it delivers a distinct industrial aesthetic for buildings.
Application Fields
Anti-explosion walls assembled from anti-explosion boards, steel keels and rock wool are widely used in petrochemical plants, nuclear power facilities, military projects, offshore oil platforms, transformer rooms, warehouses and other sites. Compared with reinforced concrete blast walls, they feature light weight, easy installation and removal, and recyclability.
