1. Structure & Production Process: It is an architectural decorative material with calcium silicate board as substrate. The board surface undergoes repeated sanding, coating and curing on the production line followed by tight sealing treatment, with UV paint as surface coating. A nano antibacterial coating is applied via special technology to inhibit and kill various bacteria through contact and photocatalytic reactions.
2. Board Features: 100% free of asbestos, formaldehyde, benzene and other hazardous substances. It boasts outstanding properties including wear resistance, scratch resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, zero radioactivity, Class A2 non-combustibility, anti-static performance and moisture resistance. The substrate remains intact without cracking or delamination after 100 freeze-thaw cycles.
